The Drakeville Volunteer Fire Department of Torrington, CT will be hosting a Comedy and Dinner Fundraiser! Friday, March 12th at the Torrington Elks Club. Doors open at 7:00pm with a cash bar available. At 7:30pm, there will be a buffet dinner. Following dinner, the opening act with be ChadEO followed by headliner, Freddie Stone (www.fstone59.com). Seating is based on a reservation only basis. Tickets are $40 per person. Whole tables can be reserved (8 people per table).

ChadEO has appeared on MTV (Yo Mamma), Law and Order, Good Day Live as well as
other nationally syndicated radio shows. Freddie Stone has performed on the
same stage with Martin Lawrence, Weird Al Yankovic, and Steve Wright. He also
can be heard every Tuesday on WZON AM 620 in Bangor, Maine.

Reflective House Sign Sale
The Drakeville Volunteer Fire Department is happy to offer high quality reflective street signs for sale. These high visibility reflective street signs allow fire, medical, and police to locate your house quickly and easily in the event of an emergency. Signs cost $20 each self-installed, or for Torrington residents we offer standard installation (to a mailbox post or other pre-existing mount point) for only $5 more (if extra hardware is required, i.e. a pole or special mounting hardware, that may increase the installation cost).

The Drakeville Volunteer Fire Department, as well as most volunteer fire departments, is currently in need of new members. Membership can mean being anything from an active firefighter or fire police, to a supporting member that serves on our committees and helps with our fundraisers and the like.
